Charming home in a great location, so close to the hospital, amazing shops and restaurants. All within walking distance. Val went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Right next to the zoo, so perfect for a family get always as well.

We’ve absolutely loved staying here! The combination of the amenities and location along with excellent communication from the host makes this a very unique stay. Everything we needed was either a short drive or within walking distance. The host was excellent and very accommodating. As someone who has stayed in multiple BnBs, this is the one of the best I’ve stayed in. Highly recommend it to anyone who is traveling in the area!

This darling home is perfectly located in Little Rock - near tons of attractions and restaurants. There's plenty of space, and the home is charmingly renovated. I was in town for a particularly hot weekend, and the AC and fans are a dream. Beds are comfortable, and there's even a cute backyard for grilling and/or relaxing. On top of all that, Val communicates early and often to check on guests and their needs. Book with confidence!

Val is the most generous host. Val’s home is so nice and clean. Beautiful hardwood floors throughout the home. We had a fantastic time. The neighborhood was safe, nice, and quiet. Great sidewalks for walking our pup. (Val even sent her treats.) We enjoyed dinner at Cafe Bosa Nova, a sweet surprise from Val. We will definitely stay at Val’s place in the future. He’s the best host.

I’d rate higher than 5 stars if possible. Val is an incredible host, in responsiveness, professionalism and hospitality. The house itself is perfectly located in the Hillcrest district of Little Rock which is convenient to get to pretty much anywhere in the city. The house is clean, was big enough for myself, wife, 2 kids and 2 dogs. We had a great time and would highly recommend not only the house but Val as an exceptional host.

This 2 bedroom cottage in is on a quiet street with quick, easy access to restaurants and shopping in Hillcrest and the Heights. UAMS and I-630 are minutes away. The house is clean, comfortable and fully furnished. We also enjoyed relaxing on the covered front porch in the evening. Val is a 5 star host. He met us, answered all our questions and even provided a list of restaurants. He responded to any inquiries immediately. I highly recommend this house.

5 + stars! The cottage was perfect for us - we loved the location, the driveway parking for our car loaded with college gear and the hospitality! Val was an amazing host, treating us to an amazing dinner from Trios and awesome coffee and pastries from Mylo’s for breakfast. We will be back to visit again!

Val has really made this place a great place to stay. It was super clean and comfortable. Lots of space for a small family. Our pup loved it as well. We were doing a cross-country journey to relocate with our cats and Val's place provided a welcoming, warm, safe, and quiet space to spend a night. The cats were calm in the house and we actually got a good night's sleep as well. The house is well-furnished and very clean; beds were comfortable.

Fantastic stay - restored my faith in Airbnb hosts!
The house is in a great central location for Little Rock - easy to walk or drive to some great spots. It’s spacious (2 adults + dog) - coffee in the sunroom and having a fenced backyard for easy let outs were the highlights. Walk across the street to the bakery for some classic biscuits & gravy and then burn off the calories with a good stroll at War memorial park.
Val as a host would get 6 stars - responsive, thoughtful, and generous. From hand delivering extra towels along with dog treats to some really nice gift cards to local fare - you’d be hard pressed to find a better host. We’ll definitely be back!

Val’s place is in a great location. We stayed there for a concert and it was short Uber ride to the arena. An additional plus is that he allows pets so we were able to bring our fur children for the night. He had complimentary drinks in the fridge and also left us another nice surprise. It is an older home but it has charm!

My wife and I and our Puppers could not have had a better stay with Val! The house was just as advertised and just so cute! The fenced and super lighted back yard made for super easy night time outside trips for the puppers, no light collars or flash lights needed! Val was the most awesome host we have had to date! Val surprised us with some awesome gift certificates for some local eateries that were awesome delicious! A awesome weekend in Little Rock and made a new friend! Val is an exceptional host. between making sure we were able to enjoy a free meal in the area and helping me recover my hanging clothes that I naturally forgot to bring with me, he was incredibly helpful and easy to communicate with. the two bedrooms with the Jack and Jill bathroom were absolutely perfect for two friends on a weekend adventure to little rock. love this place and would highly recommend it to anyone.
